Thank you for booking your reading with ‘Harshna Chandolia’. In the case that you would like to cancel your appointment for a reading, for any reason what so ever, we offer a full refund of the reading amount in the case that you inform us 24 hours prior to the reading, if the cancellation is initiated within 24 hours of the reading, you will be liable to only 50% of the refund of reading amount. Although, we would appreciate it if you would mention the reason for cancellation of the appointment, it will not impact in any way the cancellation procedure and the said amount will be credited back to you within 5-7 working days through the mode of payment used by you at the time of booking or through a bank transfer. in the case that the necessary information is not available to us, we will contact you via email on the email address mentioned at the time of booking the reading.
